Empowering Lives Through Faith-Based Training

Join us in transforming lives by supporting faith-based training programs in Kentucky’s jails and communities. Together, we can create pathways for reintegration and hope.

Who We Are

  • Lives on Mission Ministries Inc. is a Kentucky nonprofit organization that began in 2025 to start rural jail and prison ministry programs in Kentucky.
  • The Organization’s board is comprised of men who have a wealth of experience in jail and prison ministry in Fayette County and several nearby counties.
  • Each local ministry we start will have a faith-based reentry program for formerly incarcerated men, run by a local team of Christian men.
  • This team of volunteers is dedicated to the goal of giving every man in the program the best opportunity to live up to his God-given potential.

Why We Do What We Do

Lives on Mission Ministries is dedicated to transforming lives through faith-based training programs in Kentucky’s rural jails and prisons. Our mission focuses on equipping formerly incarcerated men with the skills and support they need for successful reintegration into society. By partnering with local Christian communities, we aim to create sustainable pathways for these individuals, ensuring they have the resources and guidance necessary to thrive after incarceration. Together, we can make a significant impact on the lives of those who have faced challenges in their journey towards redemption and hope.

Our comprehensive approach includes in-jail training and community reentry programs that empower men to rebuild their lives. We believe in the power of faith and community support, which is why we train local groups of Christian volunteers to continue this vital work. By fostering relationships between mentors and participants, we create a nurturing environment that encourages personal growth and spiritual development. Our organization is committed to being a beacon of hope for those seeking a second chance, and we invite you to join us in this mission.

At Lives on Mission Ministries, we understand the unique challenges faced by individuals reentering society after incarceration. Our programs are designed to address these challenges head-on, providing practical resources and emotional support. We collaborate with local churches and organizations to ensure that our participants have access to a network of assistance, including job training, counseling, and spiritual guidance. Together, we can help transform lives and build stronger communities, one person at a time.

Unlike conventional reentry programs that focus solely on practical needs, Lives on Mission integrates biblical principles that address the deeper spiritual void many men experience, providing both the moral compass and sense of purpose essential for lasting transformation.

Our Christ-centered approach recognizes that true rehabilitation involves not just behavioral modification but spiritual renewal—offering hope, forgiveness, and a supportive faith community that secular programs simply cannot provide.
