Transitional Housing Support

Brad Farley

Lead Trainer & Consultant

Brad is a Lexington-based husband, father, and regular volunteer in his local church and jail system. He has years of experience speaking and teaching Christian values and apologetics to adults and children alike.

Jim Connell

President & Board Chair

Jim is the founder and retired Executive Director of Lexington Rescue Mission. He has overseen the creation and development of the Mission’s reentry division from its beginnings.

Julius Johnson

Board Member

Julius serves as the Director of Reentry Services at Lexington Rescue Mission. Julius has ten years of experience at the Mission as both an instructor and the supervisor over the ministry’s division.

David Downs

Board Member

David is a retired accountant with fourteen years of experience in ministering to men at the Fayette County Detention Center.
